Although Jiu Si let the grain through his gate, he placed a tracker so that Zhou Ye and his troops can find it. He then heads to Heifeng Fort to save Yu Ru, who finds out Shen Ming is actually a good person whose actions are for the benefit of the people. Jiu Si’s bluff pays off when he negotiates with the bandit leader of Heifeng Fort. His success is rewarded.
