Hodge Podge gets a hold of the Action Mobile and modifies up so that he can control it with a large remote control. This causes Meltman, who has just gotten his driver's license, to be berated by the Action League for his terrible driving. But once The Chief takes the driver's seat, the League begins realizing that it may not have, in fact, been Meltman who was controlling the vehicle so badly.
