Upon comparing Gu Jin and Lan Feng in her mind, Hua Shu still believes that Lord Lan Feng surpasses in both family background and future prospects. Hence, she intentionally chooses the right moment to spend time with Lord Lan Feng, and their feelings for each other gradually become evident. Yin accidentally sees Hua Shu and Lan Feng being affectionate. She confronts Hua Shu, but Hua Shu deflects the inquiry in front of Gu Jin.
