Sumru's life is in danger as a result of the accident she made. Witnessing the accident, Hikmet leaves Sumru to her fate. Cihan demands that Melek make a decision now. The situation becomes increasingly difficult for Melek, who is torn between her twin Nuh and her great love Cihan. Sevilay is not at all happy to have made a clear decision and returned to the Şansalans because of Nuh's anger. Nuh, on the other hand, does not accept that he has lost Sevilay and does everything he can to reach her. Nuh's anger towards the Şansalans pushes him to irreversible moves.
