1x23 - Babel II

A mysterious telepathy sent to Babil II and Yomi at the same time. Babil II discovers that it is emanated from a volcanic island and discovers an old man with powerful supernatural powers Dr. Salz. However, the old man had already run out of life, and he was sending telepathy only with residual thoughts using a mental power amplifier.
