Ngai-Kwai is shocked and falls ill when he hears that Fung succeeds in buying the controlling shares of his company. Cho-Kwan _returns home to look after him on hearing the news. Ngai-Kwai strongly disagrees as he thinks the action will affect the company's image. Chun-Kit has to think of other solutions.
