Aslı, a heart patient awaiting a transplant, lives a quiet life with her mother, Hülya, and siblings, Sezin and Murat. She is deeply shocked by what her boyfriend's mother, Sevim, tells her, and she falls ill. Meanwhile, Melike, the daughter of the wealthy and prominent Alkan family, is involved in an accident and loses her life. This loss is devastating for the entire family, especially her mother, Reyhan. When Aslı woke up in the hospital, she practically began a second life with Melike's heart. Reyhan dotes on Aslı, who carries her daughter's heart, while Hülya believes she's been blessed when she learns that the heart that gave her daughter life belongs to Melike Alkan.
